Hi, my name is Scott and in 2014 I created and launched PrepperCon. It was the worlds most exciting and largest preparedness expo. It was literally a labor of love to get 36,000 people out to our event for the next three years. During that time I lost my primary source of income and for years after struggled to recover, but to be honest, I'm glad I did. When I sold my company, in 2017 I woke up to a whole new set of challenges.

It was a huge wakeup call for my family. We were prepared, we had food, shelter, clothing, first aid gear and everything you could need, except money. We weren't financially as stable as you'd want or even hope to be, but our preps, got us through it. I tried some career changes, but ended up driving lyft and uber to make ends meet. I event went from job to job to support our family until I realized I was going about it all wrong. Keep doing what I was doing, and keep failing, or change it all.

I could go back to what I love and what works, which is focus on helping first. So here we are, My goal now is to help everyone get better prepared than ever before. It's not too late.
